Major Sacramento insurance defense firm is seeking a Legal Secretary to support Sr. Partner and team.  Majority of responsiblities will include the following:

• Previous litigation experience of 2-4 years.
• Ability to successfully handle a diverse caseload
• Familiarity with state and federal court rules, including e-filings
• Strong organizational skills and priority setting ability
• Highly motivated
• Ability to function effectively and successfully in an intense trial preparation environment
• Familar with document management software and Summation, or other litigation support applications preferred
